Impossible to contact Service Reps.
I purchased several items from different sellers around May and didn't receive one of them. My job keeps me away from usable internet for months at a time. I opened a dispute in the short window I had internet access, but it was automatically closed for inactivity with no resolution. I was able to use the stupid chat bot to contact support when I got back to civilization and spoke with an amazing human, and the consensus was to give the seller another chance to respond. That was a month ago. There's been no response and I can't get back through the stupid chat bot. Twitter and Facebook were useless portals as well. I'm on the other side of the world typing this at 5AM.

·2 years agoFor future reference, when you open an eBay case they give the seller three business days to make things right. If they don't, you have to go back to the case after the three-day period and ask eBay to step in. You have 21 days to do that. If you don't the case automatically closes, which is what happened to your May case.

·2 years agoYou are well outside ebay's 30 day dispute window. If you paid with a credit card or paypal, you MAY be within the 180 day timeframe to file a dispute depending, on how far back in May the transactions took place.
