Impatient buyers.
Sold an item 2 days ago and had 8 emails asking where the item is !
I have messaged the buyer with the tracking number but he is still not happy.
I am getting threats now about sending it back !
Once the item is posted its in the hands of Royal Mail and there is nothing I can do except give the tracking number.
I dont have a magic wand.

Did you add your tracking number to the sold item? If not that is what you need to do to make it official with ebay and buyers. If the buyer refuses the package, you will not be held responsible for paying the return cost.
FYI. You have posted your concern on ebay's U.S. based site's community ( ebay.com ) You should have posted it on your home site's community https://community.ebay.co.uk/

·2 weeks agoAt this point I wouldn't worry about it. Anything you say right now will just provoke this buyer. Once delivered if the buyer wants to return the item then accept the return. If they leave bad feedback appeal it/leave a polite response. This does happen from time to time where you get a buyer like this.

Some buyers are impatient.
