There is no way to know whether these supplements sold on eBay are real or not. But I, like others, would never take a chance that they are not real, especially since they are something that you ingest.
I'm sure you were trying to save money by buying on eBay, but if you want to be sure you get the real thing and not worry about it, you need to order directly from the energetic 92 year-old Mr. Heinrich's and his lovely 81 year-old wife, Shirley's, direct website. They have special offers and discounts and a money back guarantee so if you don't like the supplements, you can return them.
What is it, exactly? When you receive it, if it's not as advertised, how about reading the Money Back Guarantee so that you will know what to do if there is a problem?
The time to do your research and fact finding would have been before you bought it.

@vand1733,
There is no way to tell. You could have searched online for product reviews and images of the packaging, before buying the product. If you have already bought it when it arrives do go online to check out the Mfr's packaging and label information to make sure what you received matches it. If it does not then you can return it for a refund, using ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) to read the MGB policy and the time frames for using it open the link below.
What is it? Some sort of supplement? I would never buy ANYTHING that is to be put into or on my body from any seller on eBay. If you have doubts ….don’t buy.
