This is a community of buyers/sellers and not eBay customer service, so wont be able to help you much.
The tracking shows its been delivered to the front desk and signed by "Althea". If this wasnt delivered to where you live, eBay wont know this and wont be able to help much anyways seeing that the tracking shows signed for and delivered. You could try contacting UPS to see where it was delivered. You can also open a claim with eBay, but that most likely will get declined. Lastly, you can file a claim with your bank in hopes they can process a refund for you.

·8 months agoWe don't work for UPS..........it shows your order was delivered 2 days ago and Althea at front desk signed for it.

If you didn't receive it, contact UPS.
