i would like to leave a negative feedback on eBay...eBay motors to be exact.
this will be the last time that i order from eBay again. the past 3 times that i ordered from ebay motors the part didn't fit. the last purchase now I'm having a time even getting in touch with them to return it and it was accidently closed so ebay can't do anything which they still should. it was close by accident. the seller is not responding and i have no vehicle. ebay motors now suck in my book and will NEVER get my money or any of my friends.

If you closed the return prematurely, you can't open another. Since you closed the return eBay can't help you.
Your only alternative now is to file a chargeback through PayPal or your credit card to get your money back.
You prematurely closed a return and you're blaming eBay?
If you are getting parts that don't fit and not getting a refund, Im guessing you chose "didn't fit" as the reason for returning instead of "not as described."
It isn't eBay's fault you didn't choose the correct reason to return.

·2 years agoHow was the return accidently closed? These days cases are handled by A.I. on this site, at least initially, so if the bots see case closed, they don't ask why. In order for us to be of any help, we need more details of the transaction.
