I won the bid and paid for the order but the seller refused to send the item.
Hi. I placed the bid on eBay and I won it. I’ve paid for the order . I know that the seller required to sell to the winning bidder of an auction since their bid met minimum bid price that the seller set when he listed the item. The seller sent me a messages that he refused to sell the item for such low price. I can not cancel the order because it’s too late. The seller told me he doesn’t know how to cancel my transaction. So frustrating! Never had this issue before. What can I do in this situation?

·3 years agoOnce the last estimated delivery date has passed by at least 24 hours, you can open an item not received case. Please read eBay's MBG.

·3 years agoIf you don't get a package from the seller or a full refund by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
