We need more information to go by. What is the designer's full name? There is Van Cleef & Arpells, Van Dell and others with "Van" in the name.
Perhaps if you go to your purchase history and click on the Order details button and post the ebay item number which is under the item title and is 12 digits long without and hyphens.
If you won the auction as a guest the item number is in the Order confirmation email you received.
We can use that number to tell you if the seller is a reliable one and if the price of the bracelet should have qualified it for ebay's authentication process.
Once you receive the bracelet, you can take it to a department store, or jewelers, to have them authenticate it, but do not tell them it was purchased on ebay. Tell them it was a gift or an estate sale purchase.
If it turns out that it is not authentic read the terms of eBay's Money Back Guarantee, by opening the link below. It will explain what to do if you receive an item that was not as described.
