I will never buy from EBAY again
I have bought several auto parts products now from EBAY that have been wired wrong or come to me in used condition and every time I have to jump through hoops just to get something resolved...zero customer protection.
Do the right thing and don't give EBAY your business.

·3 years agoAmen. People sending dirty used items they claim as new. People sending "similar" items to customers which are not similar. NEVER again.

·4 years agoYou did not buy anything from eBay since all they sell is advertising space to sellers. You bought from one of those sellers. I advise you to refresh your knowledge of the MBG and how it works to know how to handle such issues in the future.
I;m not certain how one would be able to tell if the item was wired incorrectly without disassembling it or installing it. How either of those things would affect the MBG I don't know. However, if the item was advertised as new and was, in fact, used when it arrived would, in my opinion, be covered under the MBG.
