I want to cancel order but seller not responding.

I cancelled my order and it's been 5 days and they haven't replied to me and I really need my money back asap its a AU $2,168.28 and i was try to contact seller lots of time but no one responding and i was try to contact eBay but they don't mention any email id or contact number i need help eBay asap thanks

Buyers don't have the ability to unilaterally cancel orders. You can ask a seller to cancel, but they're never required to do so. There's nothing eBay can do about it. If the seller ships you can return the item if the seller accepts returns. If the item hasn't arrived by the day after the last estimated delivery date you can open an item not received case to get a refund through eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

Buyers canâ€™t cancel. They can ASK, but it is up to the seller if they will actually agree to the request.
