I want talk about an order I placed on January 29 2026
I placed an order on eBay on 1/29/26 for Delfanti Hand Nail and cuticle cream it was supposed to be delivered between 1/31/26 and 2/4/26 and I realized today it didn't come I never received a confirmation email on this the money was taken out of my account per my bank but then thankfully put back in also according to my bank what happened to my order?

·6 months agoSo, when you go to your My eBay> Purchase History, this purchase doesn't appear there at all?
And the money was taken from your bank account, but then returned? Strange.

You bought the item on the same day as you registered this account, but did you buy it as a guest before signing up? If you did none of the details about the transaction will show up on your account page in your purchase history. All of the info concerning that transaction would have been sent to your email that you registered with. Since you did receive a refund the purchase was probably cancelled by the seller for some reason and there should be an email to that effect.
If you bought the item after signing up to use ebay on your My ebay page in te upper right corner, look for an envelope symbol, if it has a number in it click on it, there is probably a message concerning the purchase there. If you find a message regarding the cancellation, and it says Buyer requested cancellation as the reason it was cancelled, come back here and let us know and we can tell you how to deal with that.
