I unchecked "offers to buyers", but still get offers constantly on things I looked at... | Buying

Does anyone know of a sure way to stop getting offers on things you're not even watching? I'm to the point where I don't want to click on any listings at all to avoid getting these offers. 99% of the time I'm not clicking on them to buy anything. Just to check things out. Then flooded with offers.
