I unchecked "offers to buyers", but still get offers constantly on things I looked at...

Does anyone know of a sure way to stop getting offers on things you're not even watching?

I'm to the point where I don't want to click on any listings at all to avoid getting these offers. 99% of the time I'm not clicking on them to buy anything. Just to check things out. Then flooded with offers.

You can't. Just delete them. They are so annoying. Reminds me of walking down the street in a border town where the merchants pester you to buy things. If they still do that, i don't know. I no longer cross the border.
