I think I regret buying a brand new toy from a brand new seller who live in Austria.
I think I regret buying a brand new toy from a brand new seller in Austria with zero feed back. Hoping my brand new toy will arrive by June 22, 2023 to New York City. Not sure what will happen if my brand new toy does not arrive by the date. Unfortunately, there is no tracking number provided cause seller shipped by ground or standard shipment. Has anyone bought merchandise from Europe? Did your merchandise arrive from over sea? Or did you encounter problem with shipment?

·3 years agoYou shouldn't purchase online from a seller in another country when you need something in 12 days. eBay puts the delivery times in listings and they don't account for time spent in customs.
A little advice.
You should stop saying in the feedback you leave for 99% of your sellers how many days it took to receive the package. How many days is not relevant when nobody knows their handling time or the distance it was coming from. The transit time after it's shipped isn't something the seller performs.

·3 years agoThe time to think about the transaction was before you bid. You needed to do the research before. Anyway, you have to wait at least 1 day after the latest estimated arrival date. If you get a tracking number and it shows movement towards your home an it's June 22, give it a few extra days. The arrival dates are always ESTIMATES. No one can guarantee an arrival date. This week's smoke in many eastern cities shut down airports. That alone will delay packages arriving somewhere by at least 24 hours.
In the meantime, read about the ebay MBG (money back guarantee). Lots of helpful information there.

·3 years agoWhy worry over the what ifs when you have eBays Money Back Guarantee on your side? It’s only the 10th of June you still have 12 more days for it to arrive.
A seller in Austria can’t ship to someone in the US by ground it’s either by a freighter ship or by air.

·3 years agoIf it doesnt arrive by 1 day after the estimated delivery date, file an item not received.
Read the MBG for buyers.
The time to question problems that may arise was before buying the item.
BUT buyer are protected by the MBG especially if the seller has no tracking
