I shipped a item but it says it hasn’t been delivered the buyer texted me and told me it came in
I shipped a item april 3rd says it still hasn’t been shipped when it has and the tracking label doesn’t work says it my city still i texted the buyer it’s in his mail box today april 7th 1:13 pm he got his package im confused why it’s saying it hasn’t been shipped will i still get paid?

Did you purchase your shipping label through ebay? If you did the correct tracking number would automatically be uploaded to the sold item listing, and there is a discount for buying labels though ebay.
If you took the package to the P.O. to buy postage, did you see the clerk scan the package? Sometimes they get thrown into a bin and do not get an acceptance scan, but the tracking should update as it passes through other facilities, and when delivered. If you dropped the packages off in the outgoing bin or the box outside the P.O. and did not get acceptance scans, call your P.O. speak to the Post Master, and tell them their people are not scanning packages from the bins or boxes like they are supposed to.
To save time and worry buy a digital scale, it can be a kitchen one as long as its maximum handling weight is high enough to handle the heaviest package you think you might send. Then you measure and weigh packages at home and use that info to purchase shipping labels through ebay. Since you seem to declare a shipping cost, even though your funds are being held, the amount you state to ship an item is available for use to buy labels through ebay. If your residence has a safe place to put out packages for pickup, and you have a regular carrier, speak with them and arrange a signal to let them know you have out going items and where they will be. I use a bright orange card stock sleeve I slip over my out going flag. It is taped over to weather proof it. My carrier also has that info added to his scanner, so substitute carriers know what to do and where to look for packages.
As for getting paid you are a new seller and as one your payments will be held from 21-30 days. The time frame seems to be based on an items cost. The hold will continue until you have been selling for 90 days, sell 25 items and/or make more than $250 in sales. The funds are not released right after delivery in case there is an issue with the item. Open the two links below for info about the payment hold and how you handle ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) claims.
FYI. Your no returns policy does not fly in the face of MBG return policies if an item is not as described, doesn't work or has undisclosed damage.

If you message the buyer who received their package, and ask them to leave a positive feedback, to prove receipt of the item, that will help.

OP5 months agoi didn’t upload the correct tracking number how do i fix that? because the show post office gave me shows differently then ebay

·5 months ago@shinyjhit New and infrequent sellers may have to wait up to 30 days to be able to withdraw their funds. Unless the buyer opens a claim, your funds will be released.
I'm not clear whether you received an acceptance scan, which is what proves you gave your package to the carrier. It doesn't sound like it if it says you still need to ship your order.

·5 months agoLet's back up. Did you buy your shipping labels from eBay? If you did, then the tracking number you purchased would autoload. If you bought your label at the post office or through a 3rd party site (e.g. PirateShip), then you have to manually enter in the tracking number.
Did you ship through the post office? Did you get a receipt when you handed your packages over to them?
