You opened this account only yesterday ... so that must mean that you purchased the cup as a 'Guest'.
You will find information about your purchase in the confirmation email you received as soon as you purchased it. Look for the 'Estimated DeliveryDate' in the email ... AND read the instructions for filing an 'item not received' claim should you have to file one. That will also be in the confirmation email.

I sent payment for a Starbucks 12oz. Cup on 4/21/2026 and have not received any response
Since you just joined Ebay today, you purchased the item as a Guest so you will need to locate the order confirmation email that Ebay sent you. Open the email and click on Order Details.
In the listing where you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date.
Once that date has passed by just one day, if there's no online tracking showing movement, you can open an item not received case with eBay and you have 30 days past that date to do so.
However, if there DOES appear to be tracking showing movement, you might want to give it a few more days.
Please take a moment to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. It offers very good protection for buyers if/when things go awry, but you need to know how and when to use it effectively.
