I saved for 3 weeks to purchase parts for my vehicle
I was so happy to finally get my car fixed so I don't have to beg for a ride so I can get to work every morning. I've missed work because I am disabled and unfortunately am unable to walk 5 miles to get to work. My order was supposed to be delivered September 25th and I never received it. When I looked at the tracking it was delivered to Nacogdoches TX the problem I have with that is my shipping address is Woodville TX I've contacted UPS they said to contact the shipper/seller. I've messaged them several times and no response but eBay won't help me out until October 2nd. I need my vehicle. I can't go to the store or work every day is getting harder. All I want is what I paid for.

If the zip code for the delivery to Nacogdoches is different from yours in Woodville, You will win the claim. eventually. However, you will have to wait until Oct. 2nd because that is probably the last estimated delivery date shown in your Order details. Even then ebay's automated tracking checker only looks for a delivered scan, it does not compare delivery zip codes.
It appears that what has happened to you is you fell victim to a fake tracking scam. The seller sent something likely an envelope to an address near you, usually in the same zip code. eBay will not make the seller ship the part again, they'll only get you a full refund.
To get your refund more quickly there are 2 things you can do.
1) if above your purchase history there is a Returns/Cancelled dispute. Open it and if there is a send message or reply button, send the following. The item's tracking shows delivered to zip code ----- However my zip code is ----- I will not receive the item since it has been delivered.
2) you can contact ebay through one of their social media outlets. (links below) You will need to post basically the same thing about the zip codes, give the rep the seller's username without the number in ( ) and the ebay item number which you can get from the Order Details. It should be just under the item title on that page. You sign it with your real and ebay username. The reps who handle those cases will get back to you usually within a day and once they check the info they'll probably issue a refund, which can take 3-5 days to get back into your account.

In the future I strongly suggest that you check the feedback profile pages of each seller you intend to buy from, before bidding on or buying their items. On the profile page if the seller has received neutral or negative feedback, click on the numbers of them to read only those comments. Never go by a feedback percentage alone. Some people who have been scammed but did not file a dispute may have left feedback saying they never received their items.
NEVER go by a seller's feedback percentage alone, and if a high volume seller has less than a 98.6% rating, find the item from a better seller.
To view a seller's feedback profile open the listing you bought from scroll down the page to where the seller's username is in a large font, below it will be a few comments then a See all Feedback button. Click on it and on the page that opens click on the Switch back to classic view on the right above the first comment. On the page that opens look at the seller's country of registry. Below it will be a box with the 3 types of feedback a seller can receive. You can click on those numbers to read only those comments. Below is a screen shot from a seller you recently bought from They have a 97.6% rating Terrible for a high volume ebay seller, another you bought from has even a lower rating.

·2 years agoThis may not help you right now but if you are looking for parts for your car immediately, you should look locally. Many stores will price match and offer delivery if needed. (YMMV + delivery charge)
