I recently purchased an item, the item i purchased didnt go through the the normal check out proceed
usually it goes through a confirmation process for the order to check all details. The item needed to be sent to my florida address and noticed it had my virginia address, I contacted the seller 3 times with no response,, what next

·5 months agoIf the seller has their buyer requirements set to "Require buyers to provide a payment method before they place a bid/offer" you would have seen this message on the "place bid" screen:
"By selecting Place bid, you authorize eBay to bid up to your max bid and, if you win, charge your bid amount and related costs to your account" you would have been able to change the shipping address before you submitted your offer/bid.

·5 months agoDo you have a forwarding address with the USPS? There will be a charge to forward the package.

It's physically impossible to complete check out without going through the checkout screen that shows the shipping address. The seller is required to ship to that address. In addition to continuing to try to contact the seller, see if you can still put in a cancellation request. The seller isn't required to accept it, but it might get their attention. And be aware that the seller can't change the address after the purchase. They'll need to cancel and relist so you can purchase with the correct address.
Is there someone at the Virginia address who can forward the package to you?
