I received a Visa charge for something I didn't purchase on eBay. Fake tracking numbers. New thread

I'm starting the new thread.
Here is short description of my problem.
I noticed about 40 transactions from ebay on my visa credit card.
I called my credit card company and informed them that these transactions are fraudulent and I did not order these items. Majority of these transactions were for "Pokemon TCG: Scarlet & Violet 151 Factory Sealed Elite" $73.31 each and some for smaller amounts for items like "New Funny Cartoon Cat Pin Fashion Exquisite Enamel Zircon"
The credit card company started the claim case.
And just last I got an update saying that some of these transactions were recognize as being a fraud. But the majority of $73.31 is considered being legitimate by ebay.
Here is the quote from ebay
"Multiple Data Points Indicating Legitimate Transaction, Including Related Undisputed Past Transactions
eBay is contesting this dispute due to the availability of multiple data points clearly indicating a
legitimate transaction.
These include:
Positive AVS response captured through payment processor
Related undisputed past transactions with multiple matching indicators as described below
Transaction details showing complete AVS verified address used for shipping
Tracking information establishing item as delivered to AVS verified address"
I did not see what items were bought till that moment and I did not see the UPS numbers.
But some of that UPS numbers do not even point to my Zip code.
I took a look at these UPS tracking numbers and found field received by. In several cases transactions were pointing to the same tracking numbers. The "received by" field was pointing to some local business.
Few pointed to some local soccer shop, few pointed to some local company. I'm not sure what the items are (some pokemon cards probably) but some of these items were received at a dock. some delivered in three packages and one even weighted 15 LB.
Even a quick look at these UPS numbers gives you an impression that they are not these items.
It is likely that somebody had an access UPS shipping system and collected tracking numbers pointing to my Zip code. Also these items were shipped from parts of the country. But in few cases where the UPS tracking have "received by" field pointed to the same local business were shipped from the same place.
So they looked like some regular shipments for these local companies. Ebay's fraud team should have immediately identified these tracking numbers as not real. They should have a way to contact UPS and see the real address for the sender and receiver. And not blindly claim that these are the real tracking numbers.
Not sure what to do next.

·2 years agoI would list the Tracking Numbers for the items delivered to different ZIP Codes and inform my Credit Card about these.
