I placed an order on 9th and later cancelled order. eBay informed me that seller has been informed about cancellation to wait for 3 days.

The seller does not respond,and now it shows the that he is no longer a registered user as of Thursday April 9th , 9.30 pm.
He has already been paid and cancellation is pending.
Today it eBay states that he is suspended, now what should I do

Even though the seller is no longer a registered user, ebay may turn down an item not received claim or may make you wait longer until you can ask them to step in because the seller had two days to ship before becoming NARU. There not being any tracking doesn't mean an item has not been shipped, because sellers are not required to upload tracking.
As for Cancelling transactions, once you have paid you entered into a contract with a seller, and one party to a contract cannot unilaterally cancel it. eBay not being part of the contract can only send a seller your request., Both parties have to agree and sellers are not required to agree.

·5 months agoIf there is no tracking, attempt to open an Ebay Money Back Guarantee claim for item not received.
When a seller has been NARUed I have been able to do so without waiting for the estimated delivery date to pass.
