I apologize for adding salt to the wound but in the future, please look at sellers' feedback before buying from a seller.
Had you done that, you could have avoided the aggravation.

·3 years agoYes, eBay's Money Back Guarantee covers any buyer in just about any category and just about any location.
If, for some unknown reason, you can't open a case with Paypal, what about a chargeback on your credit card?

OP3 years agoHi Mudshark,
I ordered and paid the product on Noviembre 26th and contactes eBay support on January 5th.
They told me that has the Seller promise a delivery on November 30th the delay of 30 days was over and close my case.
On the other end, PayPal suggest you to contact directly eBay to fix any concern in case of problem....so this way was aldo whithout any issue...
I can't open a case in PayPal relates to eBay....
Many thanks.

·3 years ago@luc-878,
I did a bit more searching, and found the listing you bought from. Why would you buy from a seller who has USA in their username but is registered in India? Hopefully, you did not buy the item expecting to receive a real antique helmet. They do list it as an antique reproduction and its size is about 1/3 of the size of a real helmet. The seller's feedback percentage is a terrible one for even a newer one.

OP3 years agoYou're righ. I lost my money due to my lack of experience althought never before eBay didn't accept to help me due to the limit of 30 days.
So, my learning process involve this bill that I paid.
I was very disapointed with the actitud of eBay support.
I has some very lÃmites contact with usa-antique-collection, but whithout any positive result.
On the other end, in eBay web, there is no way to find an issue starting with the product that I paid....seems that all issues are closed.
Thanks again for your help.

·3 years agoIt seems like you're missing the point of the message from @mudshark61369
eBay gave you 30 days past delivery to open an item not received case with eBay.
If you paid with Paypal, you have 180 days to open a case there.
Final option: You can do a chargeback on your credit card.
How long ago did this happen?
eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers is very good if used correctly and in a timely fashion.

OP3 years agoHi Mudshark,
After a lot of trials, using another Paypal link, I was finaly able to open a case in Paypal joining a PDF document that proof that I've been in contact with eBay first trying to fix the concern.
So there is still a posibility of a positive final of my complain against the Seller and eBay.
Many thanks to all of you to share my concern.

·3 years agoWe are all glad to hear that you, hopefully, are going to be refunded.
Now, how about going back and getting acquainted with the MBG just in case this happens again. I am sure you can see that there could have been an easier and faster solution.

·3 years agoAgain, please take the time to read the eBay Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

·3 years agoThere was an expected delivery date in the listing.
The Money Back Guarantee and a link to learn more about the policy was in the listing. If you had bothered to click on it and read the details it tells you that you have 30 days to file a claim when an item isn't delivered when it is expected.
It's not eBay's fault you waited too long to complain.
If you paid with PayPal go there and file a dispute. If you paid with a credit card file a chargeback with the card company.

·3 years ago@luc-878,
You are registered in Spain and if you bought the collection while logged into ebay's site based in your country http://www.ebay.com.es/ you should post your topic on that site's community. There may still be a way to get ebay to help you, and those members can tell you how to do that.
If you could not file a dispute, because you waited longer than 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to try to get refund. You will probably have to contact your credit card issuer and try to get them to give you a refund. If the people on your home site cannot help you.
