Hi, Quite sure that your items' "estimated delivery date" is estimated by eBay & not your seller. It can sometimes be a bit unrealistic. As others have said keep one eye on the tracking number & be sure to check out that MBG. Good Luck!

If the part you bought was from the seller who left you your first feedback. Slow shipping seems to be a problem with them. They also have problems with sending the correct items, and quality issues.
That seller is registered in China which means the part you ordered may not fit correctly or be missing parts needed to mount it, and the quality will likely be substandard. Unfortunately, there are many China based sellers on ebay that give U.S. locations for their items and sometimes the warehouses they ship from do not have the item you want in stock, so it may be shipped from China which takes a longer time. Another problem is there are many U.S. based auto parts sellers who buy their stock from China. Those parts always cost much less than the OEM or after market branded parts suppliers. One even uses the name of the Motor City in their username.
It can be hard to weed out those sellers so open the link below, click on the Go To Best Answer to learn how to 1) Identify the China based sellers. 2) How to view a seller's feedback profile page. You should check each seller's feedback profile before buying from one.
Several people have mentioned reading the terms and time frames for using ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) There is a link to it on every listing page under the accepted payments icons, you will see a Shop with confidence header MBG and a Learn more button which when clicked on will open a link to the policy. You should save or bookmark the MBG link for possible future use. One other common problem with chinese sellers is they give buyers fake tracking numbers, that will show a delivered scan to someplace in your zip code but you will not receive it. If that happens to you come back here to find out how to deal with it.
The date given for delivery is usually an ESTIMATE (not a promise) because there are sometimes factors that can cause slight delays in delivery.
Have you gone to your purchase history and checked the tracking to see where the package is? Tracking will show the movement of the package and you can see exactly what is going on.
I don't know if you are a new buyer or not but if so, please learn to use a little patience. Everything can't be perfect.
Go to your Purchase History and click on Order Details next to the item title to make sure that the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
Select “More actions†beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Your best is to check tracking and either contact the seller or contact the shipping company.
