Have you submitted a claim? If not, then go to purchase history, look for item in question, and file claim for item not as described. You have 30 days from item receipt to file claim. After filling claim, wait. At 4th day, if no action, go back to case and ask eBay to step in. Refund will be sent automatically. Finally, please, by all means read up on eBay's money back guarantee.
