I missed the 30-day deadline to open an "Item Not Received" case.
Hello, I purchased Pre-Sale an item on eBay 3 items, total value 11,900 USD but I have not received it. Unfortunately, I missed the 30-day deadline to open an "Item Not Received" case.
I would appreciate it if you could review my order and let me know if there is any way you can assist me with this issue. I am still in contact with the seller, but I haven't received the refund yet.

·Jul 17, 2026 at 10:21 PMA presale must ship within 40 days, that is the max time allowed to offer a presale item. If nothing has shipped by the 40th day, file for an INR case with ebay. Was the item listed clearly as a "Presale" & what was the handling time selected in the listing?

Please don't waste any more time. Open a dispute with your payment source.

Contact your payment source and see if they can help.

I am a little surprised that you spent that much money and didn't keep closer tabs on the timing and the shipment. You may be in contact with the seller but it appears they are giving you the runaround and are dragging their feet about giving you a refund, especially now that you are past the 30-day deadline. Since you are past the 30-day deadline for filing a claim with eBay, your only recourse may be to go to your payment source (credit card, etc.) and file a claim with them. Hopefully you will be able to get your refund that way.
I see you are in Thailand but the rules should be the same as they are in the U.S.
