I like report following seller .Who uses an old technique .He buys used electronic else devises TO be refurbished sold by him .He buys the used working devise them after received within 24 hours open a "defective claim" return case to send back .When item is sent back to original seller ,it has been swapped parts or replaced by a non functional alike item .Soon after he receives refund he list an alike tem .As his listed item is the original kept it is perfect for seller as it won't be a problem for his buyers .Because he open claims under defective item e get automatically refund rights and no negative feedback ,yet he left negative feedback to the sellers who he got the good product and scam by returning and swapping with his own alike item making completelettly a dishonest case .In my case such negative feedback was immediately removed upon my alert and video proof sent to ebay ,but I bet many won't be so lucky in sellers community .
The person is a proFESSIONAL ebay scammer .I had open several ebay case claim investigation and being contacted by ebay regarding this .Also provide video packing working item sent and returned swapped item .be careful this seller/buyer as ebay is letting this happen too often for too long till many victims fall off this .
