In some cases, particularly for items in medical or health categories, eBay hides comments to avoid inadvertent HIPAA violations.

I looked at the OP's FB profile and the seller's name doesn't show which usually means it was for a Private listing. If that were the case then the item and its number wouldn't show. Just Private listing.

Maybe the OP stated what they bought and if it was supposed to be private the comment was removed?

The comment was most likely removed for violating ebay policy. Was there a negative comment included in your positive feedback, i.e. slow shipping?
