There are two ways to change erroneous feedback: (1) Report your error to customer support so they can remove it; or (2) ask the seller to send you a feedback revision request. If they don't know how, you can share this with them:

If you try contacting the seller from the listing you bought from, you may not be able to do that because the seller has blocked you. There are two things you can try to do that may work.
1) Go to the seller's feedback profile page and use the Contact member button to explain what happened to the seller and to ask them to send you a feedback revision request. That may get you around the communication block. Tell them if they do not know how to do that, to do a google search for: How to send a feedback revision request on ebay.
2) If that message gets blocked, your second option would be to go to your feedback profile page scroll to the bottom and click on the Follow up to given feedback button. Write in the follow up something like: The above comment was meant for another seller and left by mistake. My transaction with this seller was fine. If they will unblock me and send a revision request I will change it to a Positive feedback.
