I have this ebay order eBay O*19-09390-87871 but can't find information about it. I know I purchased something that day and now I want to know when I will get it. Can anyone help

·3 years agoI can remember another post where the OP of that particular thread - ( NOT this one) - was poo-poo'd for suggesting people keep screenshots of their purchases.

If this order was in any way lost, a CS rep could help, provided that info.
For the OP HERE, I hope you get your item. I'm surprised that you never received an acknowledgement of your transaction...

OP3 years agoThanks for attempting to help. I have no resolution to this and will no longer shop at Ebay. I attempted to contact CS and I would have an easier time talking to a Russian soldier on the front lines than be able to talk to a real person as Ebay. Hello Amazon here I come.

·3 years agoThis is odd. It's unusual that you would checkout an item at eBay, present your card for payment, and then when the charge appears on your statement as:
eBay O*19-09390-87871 and a phone number
you would question it? eBay does not identify the item on your statement, the same way you would not see the item on any other charge, perhaps like this:
Amazon FARNHILL PHARMS WHOLE NAKED CHICKEN
So it's up to you to remember what you bought, or capture the receipt during the purchase?

If your card was used to pay for a purchase made with someone else's eBay account, eBay cannot help you with that unless you have access to that eBay account.
You would need to contact your card issuer directly for more information about that transaction or to dispute the transaction and get a new card number issued.
