Go to your purchase history and click on the order details button. On the page that opens you should see the last estimated delivery date the item should arrive by. If the item does not arrive by that date you can use the More Actions button to the right of the item in your purchase history and select I did not receive it, then follow the procedures in the link wastingtime gave you.
In the future before buying from a seller scroll down the listing page to where you see their username in a large font. Below that will be a few feedback comments, and under them an oval with
See all Feedback in it. Click on that to be taken to a seller's feedback profile page. On that page will be the seller's country of registry, below that is a box with the numbers of the 3 types of feedback a seller can receive. You can click on the numbers of negative and neutral feedback to read only those comments.
Hi @vinhad19 . Sellers are not required to use tracking. All you need to worry about is the estimated delivery date on the order. If the item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, starting the next day you have a 30 day window to file a non-receipt claim per eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Instructions here:
