I have not gotten my item

I ordered a groom and bride baby bib on Ebay from spreadshirt.com and have not gotten my item. I ordered since Jan. 22. I was charged for the item. I have reciept on my Paypal account, but no item. I am not happy.

OP just registered 3/12. You could not have purchased the item on eBay.

If you ordered from that website, it isn't ebay and ebay cannot help you. If you ordered from their ebay store (which is a similar but different ID), you need to go to the transaction and open INR. You may not be able to do so since it's been well over 30 days but you can open a claim through Paypal.

Have you read the Money Back Guarantee in the listing?

If the expected delivery date is within 30 days go to the order details and file a not received case.

If the expected delivery date was more than 30 days ago go to paypal.com/disputes/ and file your claim there.
