I have never received the item. Ebay and seller does not care.
I have ordered the item and never received this. Seller provided some fake delivery info stating that item has been delivered. How to get my money back???

The information I posted upthread generally speaks to the options in the US. I did not notice you were posting here from the UK. Please check on the UK forums for more specific information. Perhaps eBay even has some procedure outlined for you to follow unlike the US. Do let us know how it turns out.

You have a few options.
See message #3 in the following thread for your options a through d.

·10 months agoOne thing you can do is check with the carrier about the delivery address.
They sometimes have pictures of the address to which the item was delivered.
The USPS will, if requested, give you a written statement that the address wasn't yours.
You can then present that to eBay as evidence of nondelivery. It's my understanding that you have a chance to be refunded that way although have never needed to try it.
BTW, that "fake delivery info" wasn't provided by the seller but by the carrier. Tracking indicating delivery is the only way a seller can protect himself in the case of item not delivered.

·10 months agoIf the tracking number provided states delivered then there really isn't much you as a buyer can do about it. The seller did what they had to do which is shipped and delivered. Ebay goes by tracking number. You can contact the carrier and talk with them where this package was delivered to. When you say "fake delivery info" check there feedback. Was there any other buyers experiencing the same thing?
