Ok so the problem is, the item has technically "shipped". Estimated delivery is 11/06. But I have a awfully strong feeling its going to never update until the eBay mbg is not a option anymore. I feel the estimated delivery date will just keep shifting, & eventually get "delivered" but not to me. Seller is from china. Member since February 2023. I2.6k items sold. 96.6% feedback score. I ordered 10/17, tracking was given 10/18, left china 10/23, "arrived at destination hub" 10/24. Hasn't updated since. Speedpak, ups then USPS final mile. Got the additional tracking for them(before it left china), both still say "shipment ready for UPS" & "USPS is waiting for item". First red flag to me was in the order details for seller info, the name looked way to long, over 38 characters. But found out eBay doesn't have to always show full seller info..ok I let that pass. Second red flag, Soon as I got the additional tracking for UPS/USPS, checked on it, the weight & dimensions were 0 and no measurements. I thought it was required to even print the label but I guess not always..let that pass too. Third red flag, the seller has sold 70+ of the item I purchased. So far two have left feedback. Both negative. One stated it's in a state they don't live in(for out for delivery I'm guessing). Second says their tracking showed delivered but it was never. Seller wouldn't respond. I'm usually the most patient a person could possibly be waiting on packages. But ever since I noticed the seller info seemed off, I been having a bad feeling about this purchase. What should I do for the first step in maximizing my potential case to get a full refund? The shipping was free, total was $104.85. I paid through PayPal debit card. Would much rather try to get refund through eBay first than wait to long & have to go through PayPal.
