I got scammed. Now what ?

seller scammed me. Stalling with reply and refusing to cancel order.
Eventually he ended up marking item as shipped but provided tracking number does not match my address, weight or size of the item and according to UPS, package was already delivered to AMY.
There is no Amy around here obviously.
So what do i do ?
I opened dispute with paypal.
Paypal giving eBay to respond until may 22 which gives scammer plenty of time to get paid automatically and disappear with my money.

It's all you can do. eBay protects the scammers.

·5 months agoIf that doesn’t fix the issue, initiate a chargeback on your credit card if applicable.
