I don't understand why I have not gotten / received my product from the seller since 7/2/2023.

I don't understand why no communication from seller. I lost my appeal and still and the purchased product.

I understand no refund. However does that mean the seller gets to keep my money and not send the paid in full for the product I purchased from them? Something is wrong with this ....HELP

You mention you lost an appeal. What case did you open and when? What reason did eBay give for finding in the seller's favor? Did they produce tracking showing delivery?
