I did not receive my item and eBay is refusing to resolve. Their seller darknss will not respond
I received an email saying package was delivered but never received my package. I guess eBay thinks this is acceptable for their customers as they refuse to do anything about it. Once I have made a complaint I can’t find any way to reach out to eBay again as they really don’t seem to care if there customers get the items they order. Not sure how eBay allows these kind of sellers to keep selling on their site. I looked into the seller after not receiving my item and realized another customer had the exact same experience I did. Please eBay quit blowing me off over this issue

"Once I have made a complaint I can’t find any way to reach out to eBay again as they really don’t seem to care if there customers get the items they order".
If you filed an Item Not Received (INR) dispute, ebay cannot do much about it, since they can only access the same tracking info as you can. It has a delivered scan and that is all they can see.
If you filed a dispute it appears just above your purchase history on your My ebay page. Open it and you should see an Appeal button in the message saying the dispute was closed. You have 30 days from receiving the message to appeal. In order to win the appeal you need to do some leg work, to get the info you need to win it.
If your item was shipped via USPS, go to your P.O., You need to bring a copy of your order details page which shows your address and the tracking number with you. If you bought using a phone or tablet, you can bring that to show the clerk the order details. You want to ask the clerk to check the label address against yours on the order details page, and also to check the Package type/size/weight info to see if was is appropriate for what you should have received. If you can look up the Mfr.'s specifications for the item and bring that with you as well.
If the info does not match up, you ask the clerk or Postmaster to write a note on USPS stationary saying in general that the shipping label's address was not the same as the one on your ebay Order Details page, and if applicable that the package type/size/weight was not right for what you should have received. Do not ask them to write specific address or package info, they cannot give it out. Have the clerk or Postmaster print their name then sign and date the note. If they won't write the note Ask the person to give you the GPS location of the Delivery on USPS stationary, l and hold on to it.
If they do write a note saying the addresses do not match, you can then Appeal, and add a CLEAR photo or scan of the note to the appeal. That should be enough to win the Appeal and get a refund.
If you cannot get a note which some times happens, if they give you the GPS coordinates you can use that to prove non delivery to your address. Often a USPS customer service phone rep will give give you the coordinates. With that you contact ebay through one of their social media pages (Links below). You can use the social media pages for packages delivered by UPS or FedEx who will not write notes as well, Their tracking does include a photo of the delivery location.
Write out what has happened adding the ebay item number and the seller's username, State tracking showed delivered but you never received the item. In this case add that the seller was removed by ebay. add the GPS corrdinates and ask the rep to check them against yours, which you can get online, by going to www.gps-coordinates.net For FedEx or UPS tracking their sites show photos of the delivery location You can add links of that info to the message and ask the Rep to check it against a Google Maps street level view of your address. The Social Media reps can check that info and have the power to issue refunds.

For possible future need, you can sign up for USPS, FedEx & UPS Free enhanced tracking services from their web sites; USPS-Informed Delivery, FedEx-Delivery Manager, UPS- My Choice. They all have info in them that can be used to win an appeal or to post straight to social media

·1 year agoI think you're a victim of a fraudulent tracking scam, one in which the seller ships a widget (not the item you paid for) to an address in your zip code. Then when tracking shows delivery, the seller is protected against INR (item not received) claims.
I'm guessing that you opened INR and that's why you lost the case.
The seller is unable to respond even if he wanted to because he's been suspended.

·1 year agoDid you open a Claim?
If you did, the seller was required to respond, in some fashion.
One way is to prove Delivery (not shipping, delivery) by putting the tracking number in the Claim.
The other is to refund you.
If you did not open a Claim, you have only 30 days from the last estimated date for delivery that eBay gave you to do so.
If you missed that deadline you are still covered by the credit card you actually paid with, under their chargeback policy.
