I checked out as a guest and did not receive the full order. I cannot access when I sign in

I checked out as a guest and received 1 of 2 items. The packslip says 2 shipped. When I sign in I cannot find the order to get help. How can I contact the seller when I checked out as a guest?

There is no number you can call.

You can attempt to get a callback using the contact us link on all Ebay listings.
