I cannot return an item because your image upload procedure is not accepting any format.

The camera recording equipment would not work, so I am trying to return it and get a refund for it and the warranty I purchased, however, your page is asking for an image, but any format is not working with your upload procedure, and the return form cannot be completed.

Try to upload one image from my page instead, @guilbr_2101. Go to the purchase, save an image, and upload that image with my upload procedure, and my return form can then be completed.
