I cannot find my order in my history
Hi team, I am not able to find my order in my history. I have recieved a faulty item and I want to return it but i am not able to find it in my account but payment details are available in Paypal. I am not recieving any responce from ebay on guest account info as well, This is really frustrating, i will never buy from ebay.

It sounds like you neglected to sign in to your eBay account and made the purchase as a guest. Guest purchases won't be found in your purchase history. You can find all the information on finding a guest purchase and dealing with issues with it here:
