I'm in Florida, seller in New Jersey but Item coming from California so what state got my tax dollars, what state lost.

No state lost. Sales tax goes to the state where the item is shipped, no matter where it was shipped from.

The state where the item is sent to should be the one who gets your Sales Tax dollars.

Your state gets what you pay in state sales taxes.
