I just want instructions for a camera seller sells and explained why and it was marked as suspicious like ik making a deal behind ebsys back. But I'm not and it's impossible to get a live person to explain to

In your first reply to this topic, to shipscript you wrote:

So you sent a message to an ebay seller you never bought anything from, asking for them to give or sell you the instructions for an item they have listed on eBay, that you purchased from another site. The seller you contacted may have misunderstood what you wanted, and reported your message as trying to make a purchase off ebay.

Have you tried to search online for the instructions for the item and its model number?

As far as eBay is concerned, this is taking a sale off eBay by asking a seller to sell something not listed. Doesn't matter what other issues you have had with this camera elsewhere, what you are asking for on eBay is not allowed

I've tried looking for instructions for this camera. No luck. This camera is sold under a few different names and with different companies . But it isn't as advertised. Every ad says no WiFi needed no subscription needed. You have to pay for subscription to the app to control this . Yet nobody can get app to work with camera and can't get refund for subscription. Refund from where purchased (in most cases)is impossible. There's is a scam element as my order on FB was an ad that claims it's through Shopify and ad I used was from Whitestitchs. It took 32 days to get camera but I couldn't track it with the tracker app the ad said to use. Package tracked from China to Los Angeles in a week then nothing. I got the package USPS and return address was. Abby Adkins Dallas Texas. Her name is tied to other states too for this type scenario. So I'm not wanting to pay a subscription to an app that won't work not give refund. This should be prime example of why people should buy from eBay where it's safe and guaranteed refunds.

@leospreng Are you actually asking the seller you bought items from OR are you just seeing a seller that just happens to sell something you have bought before and assuming its all the same company? I ask because the way things are worded it sounds like you think any seller that happens to have that item is a distributor for said item (drone camera).

You made a post about this in 2023 and as well a negative was left to allstate by you alluding to the same more than a year ago..

I know eBay guarantees your money back but how many other sites can or do. This is a huge scam on many tributaries that needs investigated including the tracking app used that doesn't track fast or delayed for bad reasons such as time enough to take money from me

.ebays message scanner probably picked up contact info and flagged the message. it is not a violation to trade contact info after the sale. There is usually no need to speak to customer service unless your account is trestricted in some way. That is when your explanation would make a difference.

but, if your message was blocked, and you are unable to reach the seller, there are several options for contacting the seller from within your purchase history. The seller should already have your contact info from that original transaction.
