You need to upload several close-up photos that are clear. Your single photo is blurry in places. How do you expect someone to clearly see details? It is the details that will signal whether or not this could be a fake.
No one can authenticate something from a picture. But if you believe the fob to be fake you need to use eBay's Money Back Guarantee and return it for a refund. You can read all about it here:

It's not a key fob, it's a bag charm. I don't know that I'd have bought it with the toggle missing... but maybe it's authentic.
