    i AIN'T GOT NO LINK TO CLICK ON FOR

    Ize bought a tennis racket to string for nephew Ghouley    Bought it on .   I go to more actions and the "I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THIS YET"  ain't even there but for items already gotten its there??????????????   What going on????????????            Think scummy ebay changed to dates like they does sometimes   Originally show date of Dec 6

    In the listing where you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date.  That IS the EDD and cannot be changed.  If the last estimated delivery date was the 6th of December and there is no tracking showing delivery, why not open an item not received case?

    Perhaps I wasn't clear:  There was an estimated delivery date in the listing when you made your purchase.  That cannot be changed by anyone.  Go back in your PURCHASE HISTORY and find that date.  If it's more than one day ago (and you mention the 6th), you can certainly open an item not received case.  You have 30 days past that EDD to open a case with eBay.

    That's not correct. Initially when you first pay you are given an estimated delivery date from ebay. But when the carriers estimated delivery date is later, ebay changes it on your purchase history to match theirs,

     

    Look at my screenshot below, the original EDD was on 12/11 , but USPS shows 12/12.

    Meanwhile it still shows returns accepted through 1/10 based on ebay's original 12/11 EDD

    2. Possible Reasons the Seller Hasn't Shipped

    • The seller may have marked the item as shipped, but they haven’t actually handed it over to the carrier. Check if there’s a tracking number provided.
    • They might still be within the allowed handling time. Sellers often have a specific number of business days to ship after payment (usually 3–5 days).

    3. What You Can Do Now

    A. Contact the Seller

    1. Go to the item's page and select "Contact Seller" from the options.
    2. Ask them politely about the status of the shipment. Example:

      "Hi, I purchased this racket on Dec 1, and it hasn't been shipped yet. Could you please update me on when it will be sent?"

    B. Check the Resolution Center

    If contacting the seller doesn't help, wait until after the delivery window (e.g., Dec 6) and file a claim:

    1. Go to eBay’s Resolution Center.
    2. Select "I didn’t receive my item" once the delivery date has passed.
