Human help needed
A purchase of over $100 I made has not shipped and the seller has failed to respond to three messages I've sent. How can I get human help so I can get my money back?

Go to your purchase history click on the Order details button to see what the last estimated delivery date is. If it has passed then go back a page, click on the More Actions button, select Return Item, which opens a list of reasons for the return, one of which is;
I haven't received it. Click on that
A dispute will appear just above your purchase history. If the seller doesn't respond to it within 3 days proving that have shipped the item. If they do not then on Day four open the dispute and click on the Ask ebay to step in button. A refund will be taken from the seller's account.

·1 year agoThis is not a situation which requires contact with a human. Not even the seller: stop messaging them since clearly that's not helping. If the item doesn't arrive within a day after the latest estimated delivery date, then as noted in the other post you should file a claim for "Item not received." Here's a link to eBay's buyer protection policy, which they call the "Money Back Guarantee":
