How to split an invoice back to individual won auctions.
Hi. I purchased two won two items from a seller based on offers that I sent and the seller accepted. He then sent me an invoice for both items. I did want it that way and wanted to have each item shipped to serperate addresses. I could have done this before the seller sent the invoice, now both items are on one invoice and I can only make one payment instead of two. Is there a way to pay for the items individually even if its part of that one invoice?
would appreciate some feedback anyone. THanks in advance!

·3 years agoThe best thing to do is message your seller. A lot of sellers are reluctant to ship to any address other than the one on your buyer profile. Many are fine with it though, but again that is completely up to the seller. The only obligation they have is shipping to the address on file for you.
The time to ask a seller about something like this is before making an offer...not after. (hope I understood your question correctly...if not, my apologies.)

·3 years agoThis is not correct. A seller is required to ship to the address entered by the buyer on the checkout screen. The shipping address in the buyer's account is prefilled, but they can change it to any address (as long as that address is one to which the seller ships).

The address becomes ‘registered’ at the time the ‘Ship to’ address is changed on the Checkout screen.
I’ve never heard of gift addresses needing to be approved before using them. That would make sending gifts much too complicated this time of year.

·3 years agoWouldn't registered in this case, simply mean they were added before check out/paying and are proper addresses per USPS rules?

·3 years agoProbably. I’ve just not seen any policy about gift addresses needing to be ‘registered’ prior to using them at Checkout.

·5 months agoThe issue is with me, I want to pay separately. How do I make a combined invoice now where I can pay separately? Seller said free shipping. I won several items. Now he combined items and charged a huge shipping fee seems like fraud. I’d rather pay each one separately
