How to shop effectively? I need some shopping tips.
How can I check the seller's reliability? After reading the feedback, I'm very confused. Thank you !

The first answer is a pretty good one but getting to a feedback profile page take a few clicks. If you open the link below and click on Go To Best Answer you can find the ways to get to the classic profile page and the information it provides.

·8 months agoThat is not what I would call a good sign. What about it has you confused exactly? Are you able to find the item you're wanting from a different seller, ideally one whose feedback leaves you reassured rather than confused?

Read the negative and neutral feedback for a PATTERN of problems, like several mentioning late shipping (delivery is out of the seller's hands, even though it is frustrating for the buyer) or poor descriptions.
A single report of a bad description among many happy reports should get less consideration than many unhappy customers.
Number is less important than ratio.
One unhappy customer in 50 transactions is poor. Fifty unhappy customers in 10,000 transactions is darn good.
Read the FB Left for Others.
This gives you an idea of how the seller deals with problems.
But.
Before you buy, read the description, the Item Specifics, and the pictures for discrepancies and use Messages to ask questions.
How the seller answers your question is also an indication of how the transaction will go.
