How to recover account with old number
I tryng to recover my account but is requesting my old number verifycation code. I only have acess to my email and paypal used to make the purchases in the account, all the details of the purchases, etc. I cant contact them trough phone since I live in portugal and there is no support here, is there any live chat that I can speak with an assistent to recover my account?

·3 years agoIf you sign in using your original username, on the page where you can enter your password you should see a "Need help signing in?" link. Use that. On the page where you can reset your password you should see just below that a "contact" link specifically for users that are unable to sign in to an account. There may be an alternative contact method there you can use from your location.
Otherwise, you can try contacting eBay via social media, though it may be harder to establish you are the original account holder that way.
