A look at what you have sold and are selling suggests you have prematurely decided to sell on Ebay.
Your under $3 items with free delivery are guaranteed to lead to undervaluing your time, and losing any non-delivery claim left by a buyer since there is no tracked delivery method low enough to allow you to profit.
If you are trying to get help because of an item not received claim, there is no reason to contact Ebay, you will lose if you do not have tracking with a delivery scan.
No, there hasn't been a CS call number since covid. You can contact CS at the bottom of this page and request a call back, however the best results are obtained by contacting CS on social media. The social media reps are not outsourced from halfway around the world, and can actually help members.
Generally, you have to request a call back. If the 'chat box' appears, simply type in "agent" until the choice for a chat or call back appears. Be advised that most of the time you will be connected to an outsourced foreign call center. Those people are very nice and polite but can rarely be of help in a complicated situation. They will often give wrong advice. If you follow said advice and your situation gets worse it will be on you. eBay does not care what these people may tell you.
Phone numbers found on the net for ebay are scam redirects to impersonators, so don't use them.
Your best bet is to provide the details of your issue here. The responders here are quite experienced buyers/sellers that can point you in the right direction for help. If you don't like any of the advice you get, you can always contact customer service anyway, with new information that will aid in detecting a WRONG answer.

OP10 months agoNo, it was I who didn't recieve the delivery.
I often ORDER FROM eBay rather than Amazon Prime.
Discovered recently it was a tracking scam.
Something else I must look out for.
I was able to file a claim with my CC and get a refund that way.
Thanks for your response.
