How do i talk to a human at ebay?

I put the wrong address the item I just ordered. Don't send me to the password page because I don't know it is. I need to talk with a real person and change the address. I have done business with your company, as exasperating as it is, and I shouldn't have to go through your hassle. All I want to do is change the mailing address.

The SELLER does not send a password change request.

Ebay does not change the shipping address the BUYER gave with the payment.

The SELLER must ship to the address the BUYER gave with the payment.

No exceptions.

Sorry, but the only person that can change the address is you, before placing the order.

Contact the seller and ask them to cancel the order, but they are not required to.

Payment made has the address to where it is being shipped.

You cannot change an address after payment is made unless seller OK"s it.

Only person who can help is the seller...

There are emails of a payment...item purchased and so on in your "In box of emails" on a computer or iPhone.

You don't need to talk with a real person as the system is automated. Contact your seller to cancel the Order with the botched address. If they allow it, great. Next, ask the seller to relist it for you and you can repurchase. If they allow it, great.

You did NOT buy ANYTHING from 'ebay', you bought it from a Seller.

Each seller is their 'own' business.

If you don't 'know' your password, then you won't be able to look at items purchased to contact the seller.

So, click the 'I forgot password' to get a reset.

But know that- You CAN'T change the address by 'talking' with ANYONE on this site-only the seller (and most will NOT allow a 'change', they will cancel/refund and YOU have to 'change' your address, or the Seller loses ALL seller protections.
