How do I get paid?
I shipped through another means besides eBay and did not retain my receipt; however, the buyer has received his product but it says I haven’t shipped and I can’t get p.

·1 week agoNew and infrequent sellers are subject to a hold of 31 days after the buyer paid if you shipped without tracking. That's basically what you did since you did not upload the tracking number.

·1 week agoAlso according to the seller, they lost the receipt thus don't have a record of the tracking number thus can't prove the item WAS delivered.

·1 week agoNo tracking number means that you have to wait until the security hold time is up - which I believe is 21 to 30 days, when that is up, eBay will release your funds.
It appears that you did not add the tracking number that was on the receipt that you disposed of or lost.
