How do I contact ebay by phone?
I recieved a fake Michael Kors bag from a seller and I need to speak to ebay because a refund is not what I want. I want to leave feedback as to why its fake and to warn others that they sold me a fake. Its a major issue to me who buys everything online.

·1 year agoWhy would you need to talk to Ebay about leaving feedback? Are you past the sixty day limit for fb? Ebay wouldnt help you with that. Are you still within Ebays thirty day MBG to return the bag fror a refund?

You are probably wasting your time and effort.
A "not as described" claim under the Ebay MBG will go on record and potential lead to discipline against the seller.
Your accusation will probably be ignored if you reach a human being because they are not going to have the power to act in it.

·1 year agoA buyer has 60 days on receiving of item to leave feedback...did you go beyond the 60 days and forgot to leave feedback? Cannot leave feedback after 60 days.

Feedback isn't going to do anything. It doesn't factor into seller metrics, and we see hundreds upon hundreds of posts here that demonstrate most buyers ignore it.
What will do something is opening an item not as described return and getting a refund. EBay does count those in seller metrics, and they can lead to actions ranging from higher fees to eventually loss of selling privileges.
And, as noted, contacting customer service will do nothing.

You already know how to leave feedback about the transaction ... but that doesn't sound like the feedback you're wanting to leave in order to reach more shoppers. Unfortunately, eBay CS agents likely can't help with that. That's not their purpose. ðŸ™
I recommend you file a return request for a full refund before the time limit expires. Counterfeit items are a HUGE problem on every online venue. We all have to be extremely careful when buying designer items ... ALL items, actually.
