How do I change my "instant payment" method for offers that are accepted?
For some reason, I make offers and if accepted, one of my credit cards on Pay Pal account is what gets used
I could not find how to change this on Pay Pal and on eBay not sure how to change this
My Pay Pal account states "preferred way to pay online pay pal balance"

·1 year agoIf you go to your eBay Payments page:
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
One entry there -- most likely a PayPal entry -- will be designated as "used for auctions and offers".
If you delete that entry, the next time you make an offer or submit a bid for an auction where the seller requires a payment method specified in advance you should be prompted to provide a payment method of your choosing which should be remembered as your default.
